Antelope Audio VPA76 is a tube microphone preamp emulation based on the 1950s German V76 preamp, a design known for its high-gain, hi-fi tube character. The plugin provides up to 76 dB of tube gain, allowing it to add harmonic coloration, warmth, and presence to a wide range of sources. Its classic control set includes adjustable gain, output volume, a 3 kHz roll-off, and filtering for shaping the tonal response.

VPA76 includes an adjustable Warmth control for varying the amount of tube coloration, along with a four-step low-cut/high-pass filter and a fixed 3 kHz low-pass filter for controlling the frequency range. It can be used on vocals, guitars, drums, strings, and other instruments, and runs natively in DAWs on Windows and macOS as well as in real time on compatible Antelope Audio Synergy Core interfaces.
