Voices Of The Empire is an EastWest vocal library, and its contents are documented: Voices of the Empire's library comprises approximately 14GB of 24-bit / 44.1 kHz samples, captured with three microphone mixes. The three-mix capture is a practical advantage over a single-perspective library: it allows the choir to be placed close and dry for a modern production or at distance for a hall sound, without external reverb. It is a follow-up in the developer's vocal lineage, sitting alongside Voices of the Apocalypse and Symphonic Choirs, and is frequently bundled with Hollywood Choirs Diamond as a paired vocal purchase.

Its repertoire focus is Eastern European choral singing in the Bulgarian tradition — a style whose open-throated tone, close dissonant intervals, and unusual vibrato made it a scoring staple after its international exposure in the late 1980s. That distinctiveness is why the library exists alongside Hollywood Choirs: a Western choir and a Bulgarian-style choir do not substitute for each other, and a cue requiring the latter cannot be served by the former. It includes "Opus" as a sample player, running as standalone or plug-in in AAX Native, AU, VST2, and VST3 on Mac and Windows, and is available as a perpetual licence or via ComposerCloud+. Requirements for Opus libraries are macOS 10.15 or higher (64-bit) or Windows 10 or higher (64-bit with an ASIO sound driver), with a quad-core CPU (octa-core recommended) at 2.7 GHz or higher, 16 GB RAM (32 GB or more recommended), and an SSD hard drive (SATA or PCIe). It suits film, television, and game scoring, trailer music, and cinematic choral writing, and pairs naturally with Hollywood Choirs Diamond for a session needing both Western and Eastern choral colours.
