Vacuum Pro is described with the line analog just got warmer, and it is a polyphonic analog synthesizer with vacuum tube circuit modeling that perfectly captures the crunchy, warm sound of the analog era. Its architecture is documented: it is a four-oscillator polyphonic analog synthesizer with vacuum tube circuit modeling, and it is a powerful combination of two separate synthesizer parts that can be stacked, split, and layered to produce big, wide, and fat analog sounds, where each Vacuum Pro part starts with two wide-range, vacuum tube oscillators that can be synched, detuned, and set to various octave levels.

Details that shape the sound are worth naming in the listing. The Quad Detune controls per oscillator make it easy to quickly dial in lush sounds, and for an even bigger sound, the built-in Doubling effect instantly widens and thickens up your patch. The instrument offers multiple filters and envelopes, and built-in audio effects, allowing you to dive deep into subtractive synthesis to recreate those sought-after analog sounds from the 70s and 80s and tweak the switches, knobs, and dials to program anything from basses, leads, pads, or unique sound effects. Workflow features include 350+ tweakable patches programmed by legendary sound designers, a Smart Sound Randomizer that dials in settings to user-defined parameters, 8 Smart Knobs for easy programming and macro control over key parameters, and an Economy mode that reduces the load on the host processor with minimal impact on the sound. A free 2024 update for Mac is provided. It is a 64-bit plugin in VST and AU formats, with RTAS and AAX also cited by distributors. Note the sibling product: the smaller Vacuum offers two envelopes, which can be set to retrigger in the settings page, plus an on-board arpeggiator, and for those who require even more creative possibilities such as expanded FX and polyphonic tube synthesis with six circuits, consider the upgrade to Vacuum Pro. It suits electronic music, rock, pop, and 80s-revival production.
