Teknocore is an expansion pack for Tekno, Baby Audio's drum synthesizer — the plugin that stands on the shoulders of classic drum machines while hitting deeper and harder through a combination of authentic circuit-modeling and cutting-edge DSP. The expansion extends Tekno's factory content with additional kits and presets oriented toward techno and harder electronic production, where synthesized drums are the foundation of a track.

Because Tekno itself is a synthesizer rather than a sample library, its expansion content takes the form of presets and kits that drive the synthesis engine, so the sounds remain programmable and adjustable rather than fixed recordings. Tekno includes 'Gear' icons for deep tweakability and 'Dice' icons for smart, randomized drum generation, and the expansion's presets work with both approaches. Tekno runs as a VST, VST3, AU, and AAX plugin for Windows and macOS, and is supported by all major DAWs including Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Cubase, Studio One, and Pro Tools.
