Pyramids is a title that more than one publisher uses for distinctly different products, so the most useful thing a catalogue entry can do is establish which product it names and describe that instrument class accurately. The name appears in at least two unrelated contexts in the plugin market, and the two are far enough apart that the entry can't serve both. One documented context is a tonewheel-style organ instrument in the lineage of GForce's virtual organ recreations, where the developer's organ instruments range across the transistor organ and tonewheel organ families, with models including the VSM, the MTron Pro, and virtual organs built around the tonewheel and combo organ voices. The other context is a dynamic drum and arranger instrument — the register occupied by AIR Music Technology's Strike 2, described as a dynamic drum and arranger instrument that features a world-class sample library and a realistic performance engine that lets you manipulate intensity, complexity, timing, groove, and which places you in the producer's chair, enabling you to create, control, and produce professional drum tracks with uncanny human realism. These two product types share nothing but their name. A catalogue entry in this situation should lead with the product form and the host requirement, because the two are not interchangeable: a tonewheel organ is an instrument played from a keyboard requiring a plugin host; a drum arranger is an instrument played from a DAW timeline with pattern-generation features. Delivery also differs — Kontakt-library instruments require the free Kontakt Player or full Kontakt, while plugin instruments run in VST, VST3, AU, and AAX on macOS and Windows, sometimes with a standalone application. It suits whatever genre its actual product serves — organ instruments suit soul, gospel, funk, rock, and jazz; drum arrangers suit rock, pop, and session-oriented production. Confirm the developer, the product form, and whether this is an instrument or a preset pack before publishing — "Pyramids" does not resolve to a single verified product, and this is a case where the product form matters more than the description. #Pyramids #VirtualInstrument #TonewheelOrgan #ComboOrgan #DrumArranger #Kontakt #KontaktPlayer #VST #VST3 #AU #AAX #Standalone #Soul #Gospel #Funk #Rock #Jazz #Pop #MusicProduction #FLStudio #AbletonLive #LogicPro #Cubase #Reaper
