Pulsar Audio Primavera is a 6-in-1 spring reverb plugin that uses real-time physical modeling to recreate the electronic and mechanical behavior of vintage spring reverb units. Its six spring tanks cover different tonal characters, from clean and open reverberation to lo-fi, dark, watery, and guitar-amp-inspired textures. Unlike convolution-based spring reverbs, Primavera allows direct manipulation of the simulated springs through Tension and Excitation controls, providing additional control over the movement and character of the reverb.

Primavera combines its spring models with a complete processing chain featuring Drive, Tube/Germanium saturation, low-pass and high-pass filters, Presence, Ducking, Predelay, Decay, and stereo Width. The Excitation control can automatically trigger spring vibrations from incoming transients, while external sidechain ducking can reduce the reverb when another signal is present. The plugin is available for Windows and macOS in VST 2.4, VST3, AU, and AAX Native formats, with native Apple Silicon support on macOS.
