PITCHMAP is an advanced real-time pitch-processing plugin developed by Zynaptiq. Unlike conventional pitch-shifting or pitch-correction tools, it uses Zynaptiq's MAP (Mixed-Signal Audio Processing) technology to analyze and de-mix a complex audio signal into individual sound components, including their harmonics, transients, and noise. These components can then be individually tuning-corrected or mapped to different pitches. Users can create pitch maps directly in the interface or control the pitch mapping in real time from a MIDI keyboard, making it possible to change melodies and harmonies inside full mixes, loops, samples, and other polyphonic recordings.

PITCHMAP can be used for correcting tuning problems, re-harmonizing recordings, adapting samples and songs to different keys, creating remixes and mashups, and manipulating individual elements within a mix. It also includes Natural Mode for improved processing of vocal material, along with Purify and Electrify controls for moving between more natural and more synthetic results. The Glide function provides polyphonic portamento, while eight Snapshot slots allow users to store and compare different processing configurations or automate changes between sections. PITCHMAP is available in 64-bit VST 2.4, VST 3, AU, and AAX Native formats on macOS, and VST 2.4, VST 3, and AAX Native on Windows. The current version is 1.9.2, with native Apple Silicon support on Mac.
