Waves OVox Vocal ReSynthesis is a voice-controlled synthesizer and vocal effects processor powered by Waves Organic ReSynthesis technology. It extracts the pitch, amplitude, and formant characteristics of a voice and allows them to be independently transformed, making it possible to create vocoder, talkbox, harmonizer, pitch, and vocal synthesis effects. It can also use the voice to trigger chords, scales, and harmonies, making it useful for modern vocal production, electronic music, sound design, and experimental effects.

OVox includes an 8-voice synth with two high-resolution engines, automatic Note Mapping, real-time MIDI output, and four LFOs, two ADSR envelopes, and additional ORS modulation sources. Its built-in effects include autopan, chorus, compression, delay, distortion, and reverb, while more than 500 presets provide ready-to-use vocal sounds. OVox can operate as a DAW plugin or standalone application and supports NKS and SoundGrid workflows.
