Orbita is a Euclidean rhythm drum machine by AudioThing built around a circular sequencer that distributes hits across eight independent sample tracks. Each track can have its own rhythmic cycle, allowing producers to create polyrhythms, shifting accents, offsets, and swing without manually programming every step. Orbita includes factory banks covering classic drum machines, acoustic percussion, found sounds, and experimental sources, while also allowing users to load and organize their own samples.

Each track includes its own filter and LFO modulation, with the LFO assignable to pitch, pan, volume, cutoff, or resonance. Orbita also works as a conventional eight-pad drum machine, allowing live triggering and custom MIDI note mapping. It includes 36 factory banks, a custom Bank Editor, MIDI output, preset randomization, and support for VST2, VST3, AU, AAX, and CLAP on desktop, plus AUv3 and standalone operation on iOS/iPadOS.
