NEON Loyalty Upgrade from any paid UJAM product is a discounted upgrade for existing UJAM customers. UJAM's loyalty and upgrade programme gives owners of one paid title preferential pricing on further purchases, and this entry applies that to NEON, one of the developer's Usynth-family instruments or a standalone title in its electronic catalogue. UJAM instruments are built around genre-appropriate presets and macro-style controls, with the underlying engine being considerably more complex than the interface suggests.

UJAM's catalogue covers Beatmaker drum instruments, Groovemate, Virtual Guitarist, Virtual Bassist, Virtual Drummer, Usynth synthesizers, Finisher effects, and UFX effects, and eligibility requires ownership of any paid UJAM product — free titles do not qualify. Instruments ship as VST 2, VST 3, AU 2, and AAX — all 64-bit only, with AU 2 compatible only with Logic Pro X and newer — on macOS and Windows, supported on Intel and Apple silicon Macs (Rosetta and native), with a minimum of 4 GB RAM, a 1280x768 display, and an internet connection, delivered through the UJAM App.
