Mini D is an analog-modeled synthesizer software instrument developed by AIR Music Technology. Engineered to capture the legendary, raw sound of the iconic American 3-oscillator analog synth (the Minimoog Model D), it combines vintage warm low-end with modern digital enhancements. It is widely used across hip-hop, R&B, Afrobeats, funk, synthwave, pop, and electronic genres for generating fat sub-bass, cutting leads, smooth glides, and lush polyphonic chords.

The plugin features 3 virtual oscillators per voice supporting 8 authentic modeled waveform shapes and pitch detune options, expanded to support 4-voice polyphony alongside classic monophonic modes. Sound shaping is driven by both a faithful Classic 4-pole Ladder Filter (with feedback modeling) and a select Modern Filter mode for enhanced drive and resonance options. Additional key features include 19 LFO wave selections, over 300 factory presets, an integrated FX section (3-Band EQ, Stereo Chorus, and Tempo-Synced Delay), and seamless cross-compatibility between desktop DAWs and standalone hardware.
