MeldaProduction MDrumCleaner is a drum-bleed treatment plugin designed to remove unwanted hi-hat, cymbal, and other microphone bleed from acoustic drum recordings. It features five specialized processing algorithms: Cymbal Killer, Side-chain Remover, Spectrum Cleaner, Spectrum Gate, and Gate. These can be used individually or combined to clean problematic kick, snare, tom, and overhead tracks while maintaining the original drum's character. Two of the algorithms are also suitable for live, zero-latency processing.

The Cymbal Killer dynamically suppresses high-frequency cymbal and hi-hat spill, while Side-chain Remover uses a reference signal to surgically reduce unwanted bleed. Spectrum Cleaner learns the acoustic fingerprint of the desired drum and removes frequencies outside that profile, while Spectrum Gate reduces quieter unwanted frequencies. The plugin supports 64-bit VST, VST3, AU, and AAX formats on Windows and macOS, including Apple Silicon support.
