MDistortionMB is a flexible multiband distortion and amp simulation plugin developed by MeldaProduction. Designed for precise frequency-dependent tone shaping, it allows producers to split incoming signals into up to 6 independent frequency bands and apply tailored saturation, distortion, or amp drive to each. It is widely used across rock, metal, EDM, dubstep, drum & bass, hip-hop, and cinematic sound design for adding low-end saturation, midrange bite, or extreme audio destruction.

The plugin features a generalized amp simulator with 12 tweakable style presets paired with 6 purely digital distortion modes. Its modulation section includes 4 fully customizable modulators per instance—capable of functioning as LFOs, audio level followers, envelope generators, pitch detectors, or randomizers—to animate any parameter in real time. Additional features include adjustable upsampling (1x to 16x) to eliminate aliasing, automatic gain compensation, built-in dynamic EQ, and M/S processing.
