HOT refers here to Native Instruments' Hot Vocals, documented as contemporary R&B and pop vocals with polished lead lines, harmonies, and hooks, and described as a Leap Expansion for Kontakt 8 and free Kontakt 8 Player. Hot Vocals includes 160 carefully curated loops. The product type needs explaining for a catalogue, because "Leap Expansion" is a specific and relatively recent format: the Leap player is a loop-based instrument inside Kontakt, and a Leap Expansion supplies loop content rather than sampled playable instruments — so the buyer is purchasing a curated loop library delivered inside the Kontakt environment, not a multisampled vocal instrument.

What that means practically is documented: loop library expansion for the Leap player in Kontakt, primed to add a splash of audial color to your project, with 160 loops showcasing contemporary R&B and pop vocals, instrumentation including vocal leads, harmonies, and catchy hooks, and the capability to slice, warp, pitch shift, and more with loop editing tools — the editing tools being the difference between a loop pack and a usable production resource, since a vocal loop that can be sliced and repitched can be rearranged into new phrases, which is what the genre's producers actually do. A useful purchasing note is documented: some Leap Expansions are included in Kontakt 8 and Komplete 15 Standard and above, so a buyer should check whether they already own it before purchasing separately. Requirements are documented as Kontakt Full or Kontakt Player to operate — so the free Player runs it — and it is priced at $19.00, with download available immediately.
