FLESH is a performance synthesizer created by producer, musician, and inventor Tim Exile, built to turn anything you feed it into a playable electronic instrument. Load up to 12 samples and FLESH automatically analyzes their transients and spectral profile, converting that information into curves and triggers. Those triggers are sent to four audio engines — Subsynth, Monosynth, Sample, and Polysynth — which re-synthesize new material in the background while you play. The result is an instrument that is as usable on stage as it is strange in the studio: hands-on performance controls let you mangle and recombine material on the fly, and the Effects engine adds further processing. It ships with 70 snapshots and runs inside Native Instruments' REAKTOR PLAYER or REAKTOR, requiring no separate REAKTOR licence.
