Emotive Drum & Bass for Serum 2 is a soundset from The Tone Foundry for Xfer Records' Serum 2, featuring 80 expressive presets designed for producers wanting to capture the emotional depth and melodic energy at the heart of modern liquid DnB. It is built from the ground up with musicality and movement in mind, focusing on lush atmospheres, warm basses, evolving pads, rolling arps, and soaring leads that instantly sit in a contemporary drum & bass mix.

The pack is designed for writing rather than just sound design: expect rich harmonic textures, organic modulation, and playable sounds that respond dynamically — suited to emotive intros, euphoric breakdowns, or driving liquid grooves. The breakdown is 3 Arps, 20 Bass, 5 Chords, 5 FX, 3 Keys, 20 Leads, 20 Pads, and 4 Plucks. The latest version of Serum 2 is required; the pack does not include the vocals or drum loops from the demo track. Presets work wherever Serum 2 runs, on macOS and Windows, in any DAW.
