Cyclop is Sugar Bytes' cutting-edge bass synthesizer, built for more than wobble and dubstep. It is a monophonic setup centred on two sound generators — a 6×2 synthesizer including a Sample Transformer and Phase Stressor — whose oscillators cover Saw Regiment, Analogue, FM, Transformer, Spectromat, and Phase Stressor types. It derives its power from those two generators: spectral, digital, fat analog, or use your own samples as a wavetable.

The filter section provides 10×2 filters including a Vowel Mode, and the modulation system is where the instrument earns its reputation, with an FX Sequencer, a deep modulation system, free signal flow, and a Wobble Generator built in specifically for the modulated bass sound. There is an effective preset cloud browser for finding sounds quickly. It runs on macOS 10.13 or higher in Audio Unit, VST2, VST3, AAX, and Standalone, and Windows 7 or higher in VST2, VST3, AAX, and Standalone, with all plugins available as 64-bit versions for Windows and Mac (Intel and Apple Silicon).
