Bloom Drum Percussion delivers vibrant African and Latin percussion and grooves, with expressive timbales, tantans, and talking drums adding melodic depth, while shimmering shakers, agogos, and tambourines enhance brightness and texture. It is packed with 250 expertly designed presets that showcase Excite Audio's intuitive sequencer and curated macros, so a vibrant rhythm arrives instantly rather than requiring programming. The instrument provides 8 banks of dynamic loops, one-shots, and rhythm patterns, perfectly in sync with your project.

Shaping is handled through three versatile effects and four powerful macros (Lo-Fi, Drive, Slap Delay & Multi Delay), and the instrument now supports importing your own samples to personalise the sound — a capability added across the Bloom series, with a note that the series limits sample length to around 30 seconds. It runs as VST, VST3, AU, AAX, and standalone on macOS 10.15 or higher (Intel and native Apple Silicon) and Windows 7 or higher, is 64-bit only, and is tested in Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Cubase, Nuendo, Reaper, and Reason.
