Iamlamprey Bloom is a sample-based Kontakt instrument designed around a sound somewhere between a soft piano and glockenspiel. Its bright, delicate character works well for melodies, chords, ambient textures, lo-fi production, and electronic music, while the included Flourish instrument provides a more aggressive and energetic counterpart. Bloom contains more than 240 24-bit samples with multiple velocity layers for a more expressive response.

The instrument includes a built-in arpeggiator that can transform sustained chords into rhythmic melodic patterns, with controls for rhythm, velocity, note order, rate, duration, swing, and octave range. It also features built-in delay and reverb for shaping the sound directly inside Kontakt. Bloom requires the full version of Kontakt 5.8 or later and uses approximately 245 MB of sample content; it does not run in the free Kontakt Player.
