BLEASS SampleWiz 2 is born of the imagination of legendary keyboardist Jordan Rudess and the software engineering excellence of French audio developer BLEASS, and is described as a unique and powerful S&S (sample & synthesis) instrument. It combines modern features such as granular and cloud sample engines, MPE, and iOS/desktop interoperability, with the satisfying, rapid workflow of classic hardware samplers — a pairing that targets both sound design depth and hands-on speed. Jordan Rudess — over a career spanning more than 40 years — shapes the instrument's performance orientation, and the design reflects it: with full support for MPE Slide and Pressure, SampleWiz 2 allows you to create nuanced and deeply expressive performances. The UI has been carefully designed to give a natural, intuitive workflow, with delightfully simple sampling or import of sounds, and a comprehensive suite of tools for chopping, granularizing, modulating, and adding effects to your sound designs, distributed across six tabs. Its unique iOS / desktop interoperability means sounds can be moved between an iPad and a desktop session, which suits mobile sketching followed by studio finishing. It suits electronic music, ambient, experimental production, and sound design. BLEASS SampleWiz 2 is not a standalone product and requires host software; it is compatible with all VST3 / Audio Unit / AAX compatible DAWs and supports M1/M2 chips. System requirements are Windows 8 and later with VST3 (64-bit) or AAX, or macOS 10.9 and later (64-bit only), compatible with both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs, in VST3 (64-bit), Audio Unit, and AAX. Note that external audio recording in Synth is not available in Logic, where you should drag and drop a .wav file instead. An iOS version is available separately, requiring iOS 12.0 or later, and additional preset packs by Jordan Rudess, Dan Müller, Very Sick Beats, Mika, and others extend the library. #BLEASSSampleWiz2 #SampleWiz2 #BLEASS #JordanRudess #SampleSynth #Granular #CloudEngine #MPE #Sampler #SoundDesign #ElectronicMusic #Experimental #MusicProduction #VST3 #AU #AAX #iOS #iPad #FLStudio #AbletonLive #LogicPro #Cubase
