AZS Serum Classic Trance is presented by Aiyn Zahev Sounds, and its brief is stated precisely: featuring 180 presets inspired by some of the best trance tunes from the turn of the millennium. The historical targeting is the library's value — the trance made between roughly 1998 and 2004 had a specific palette of supersaw leads, gated pads, sharp plucks, and rolling basses — and a bank aimed at it supplies the sounds of a defined era rather than a general trance set. Its content breakdown is documented: 36 Basses, 33 Leads, 33 Pads, 18 Plucks, 47 various assorted sounds, and a handful of FX and Drum presets, with the useful note that many of these sounds can cross categories, plucks and leads making for great bass sounds, basses making for good plucks — an honest statement about how presets get used in practice. Practical features include modwheel and velocity assignments where useful, macro assignments for tone variations and effects mix on many presets, and MIDI included to inspire ideas and help with the creative process that ships with every preset. The requirement is specific: 180 Presets for Serum 1.368 or greater. It is listed at $30.00 regular, $15.00 on sale, and sits in the developer's Serum collection alongside Halcyon Vol.3 and the Halcyon Soundbank, with related work including the JP-8000 Eternal hardware bank — a useful pairing, since a producer targeting the classic trance sound may want both the JP-8000 bank and the Serum equivalent. It suits uplifting trance, classic trance, progressive trance, and turn-of-the-millennium electronic production. Presets run inside Xfer Records Serum on macOS and Windows. Confirm the current Serum version requirement, since Serum 2 owners should verify compatibility. #AZSSerumClassicTrance #AiynZahevSounds #Serum #XferRecords #Trance #UpliftingTrance #ClassicTrance #ProgressiveTrance #PresetPack #Presets #Basses #Leads #Pads #Plucks #Macros #MIDIFiles #SoundDesign #ElectronicMusic #MusicProduction #VST #VST3 #AU #AAX #FLStudio #AbletonLive #LogicPro #Cubase
