Aparillo is Sugar Bytes' advanced 16-voice FM synthesizer, tailored for majestic sonic motions. Its strength is a clever arrangement of synthesis, wave shaping, filtering, FX, and modulation that together make it a serious sound design tool for epic sonic creation. Features include FM synthesis with 16 voices, formant shifting, wave folding and shifting, a multi-mode filter with Spacializer, and 2 interdependent LFOs with S+H and Gravitation.

The Orbiter is the star of the modulation system, offering one-touch sound morphing across multiple parameters — a way of moving a patch through several dimensions at once rather than automating parameters individually. There are wide modulation options from 10 sources and a library of 500 handpicked presets. The integrated effects include a free-signalflow Filter/Spacial Comb device, a polyphonic Auto Pan with multiple waveforms, a Delay, Sugar Bytes' finest Reverb algorithm, and their innovation the Spacializer. It is NKS-ready for Komplete Kontrol and Maschine, runs on macOS 10.13 or higher in Audio Unit, VST2, VST3, AAX, and Standalone, and Windows 7 or higher in VST2, VST3, AAX, and Standalone. An iPad version is also available, free to try with the full version unlocked by in-app purchase, requiring iPadOS 17.6 or later and operating standalone or as an AUv3 plug-in.
