Ample Guitar SC by Ample Sound is a sample-based electric guitar virtual instrument designed to reproduce the sound and playing characteristics of a Fender Stratocaster 50th Anniversary guitar. It includes four sample libraries representing Neck, Neck + Middle, Funk (Middle + Bridge), and Bridge pickup configurations. Ten articulations cover sustain, palm muting, natural harmonics, hammer-ons and pull-offs, legato slides, slide-ins and slide-outs, pops, pinch harmonics, and slide guitar techniques. The instrument also supports drop tuning down to D1, polyphonic legato, and authentic left-hand performance noises.

The plugin includes Riffer 4, a MIDI editor with piano-roll and guitar-tab views, riff libraries, and MIDI import/export; Strummer for custom chords and programmable strumming patterns; and Tab Reader 4 for importing supported Guitar Pro files. Its built-in amp and effects system provides seven amp models, eight cabinets with eight microphone options each, an 8-band EQ, compressor, delay, and convolution reverb. Ample Guitar SC supports VST2, VST3, AU, and AAX formats on Windows and macOS, with a standalone host also available.
