I Asked South Africans to Spot AI Music. Here's What Happened.

I ran a simple experiment. I played people real songs and AI-generated tracks from tools like Suno AI and Udio, then asked them to pick which was which. No studio tricks. Just regular music fans on the street giving me honest answers.

The results were not what most producers expect. Some people got it right. A lot of them did not. And that gap, right there, is what every beatmaker and engineer needs to sit with for a minute.
