Did Olivia Dean Copy Bill Withers? I Break It Down

Bill Withers' publisher, Mattie Music Group, is suing Olivia Dean's label and publishers. They say her song "I've Seen It" copies "Just the Two of Us." Olivia Dean herself is not named in the suit.

I dig into both songs and play detective on what's actually going on here. There's a real line between drawing inspiration from something and crossing into copy territory. I break down where I think that line falls in this case.
