Credo V Daniels Can't Sing. Here's What Producers Need to Know.

By now you've probably seen the clips. South African artist Credo V Daniels went viral with a polished, chart-topping sound, claimed it came from classical training, and said he only used Suno AI for backing vocals. Then the live performances happened. Then the a cappella moment on eNCA. It fell apart fast.

I covered the whole thing in my new video. Not to pile on the guy, but because there's something worth understanding here. There's a big difference between a DAW with autotune shaping your vocals and an AI engine building the entire song for you. Those are not the same thing.

If you work with AI in your process, that's fine. A lot of producers do. But knowing what you actually built versus what the tool built matters. Watch the video and tell me what you think. https://youtube.com/watch?v=Zs3Jvb6C3a0
